These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sable, a managed execution platform for vibe-coded web apps, operated by Camello Software Pvt Ltd. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

By accessing or using Sable, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at support@camelloapp.com.

By accessing or using Sable ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users of Sable, including visitors, registered users, and paying clients.

Sable is operated by Camello Software Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Sable is a managed execution platform for vibe-coded web apps. We provide an AI-assisted project intake and scoping service, followed by human developer execution of agreed-upon work. At this time, Sable exclusively handles web application projects — we do not support mobile apps, desktop software, browser extensions, games, or any other type of software.

The Platform operates as follows: Users describe their web app requirements through our chat interface. Our AI assistant scopes and qualifies the project. Upon payment of an activation fee, a human developer reviews the scoped requirements and proposes a fixed price and timeline. Upon agreement and full payment, the developer executes and delivers the project.

Sable does not guarantee any specific outcome beyond what is explicitly agreed upon in the scoped project requirements. All work is performed by human developers — the AI is used solely for intake and scoping purposes.

To use Sable, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You may not use another person's account or transfer your account to another person. You must notify us immediately at support@camelloapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior toward our team or platform.

Each project requires a non-refundable activation fee of USD 19 ("Activation Fee"). This fee is charged per project and is used to qualify serious project requests and initiate the developer assignment process.

Refund exception: The Activation Fee is refundable only if you review the developer's proposed final price and timeline and decide not to proceed. In this case, the full USD 19 will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The Activation Fee is non-refundable in all other circumstances, including but not limited to: abandoning the project after activation, failing to complete the scoping process, or requesting cancellation after the developer has commenced work.

Full project payment is due prior to commencement of development work. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are quoted in USD. Camello Software Pvt Ltd will issue an invoice upon request.

The scope of each project is determined through the AI-assisted intake process and finalized by our developer prior to full payment. The agreed scope is binding — work will be performed based on the scoped requirements only.

Before paying the Activation Fee, you may freely modify, refine, or change your requirements. After paying the Activation Fee but before full payment, you may refine requirements within the same project scope. Adding a new, unrelated requirement after activation requires starting a new project with a new Activation Fee.

After full payment and commencement of work, minor adjustments within the original scope may be accommodated at the developer's discretion. Any requirement that goes materially beyond the agreed scope will require a new project. The developer's determination of what constitutes "within scope" is final.

Delivery timelines are proposed by the developer and agreed upon by the client prior to full payment. We take timeline commitments seriously. In the event of a delay, the developer will communicate proactively via the project chat.

Sable does not guarantee delivery by any specific date unless explicitly confirmed in writing by the developer. Force majeure events, including but not limited to infrastructure outages, illness, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, may affect timelines.

Delivered work is provided via the project chat as a repository link and/or file attachments. It is your responsibility to download and back up all delivered files promptly.

Upon receipt of full payment, all intellectual property rights in the delivered work — including source code, documentation, and related materials — are transferred to you. You receive full ownership with no licensing restrictions, royalties, or ongoing fees.

Full ownership: Camello Software Pvt Ltd retains no rights to the delivered work after full payment. However, we reserve the right to reference the general nature of the project type (without identifying details) for internal training and service improvement purposes.

You represent that any materials, codebases, or information you provide to us during the project do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You indemnify Camello Software Pvt Ltd against any claims arising from materials you provide.

Activation Fee (USD 19): Refundable only if you decline the developer's proposed price and timeline before making full payment. Not refundable for any other reason.

Full Project Payment: Non-refundable once development work has commenced. If the delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed scoped requirements, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, either rectify the work or issue a partial or full refund.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Razorpay's refund policies may apply. Sable does not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with the technology stack chosen, subjective design preferences, or requirements that were not part of the agreed scope.

You agree not to use Sable for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Platform, its users, or Camello Software Pvt Ltd. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

Requesting development of software intended for illegal activities, fraud, or harm to others. Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary information from the Platform. Sharing credentials, API keys, or sensitive third-party information in project chats. Abusing, threatening, or harassing our team. Submitting false or misleading information during the project intake process.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel projects, and terminate accounts for violations of this section without refund.

Camello Software Pvt Ltd treats all project information, business details, and code shared through the Platform as confidential. We will not disclose, sell, or share your project information with any third party, except as required by law.

Chat history and project data may be used internally to improve our AI intake process. This data is anonymized and aggregated — your specific project details are never shared externally. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Security note: You acknowledge that the chat interface is not a secure channel for transmitting passwords, API keys, or other sensitive credentials. Do not share such information in chat. We are not liable for any consequences arising from credentials shared in project conversations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Camello Software Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or delivered work, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Sable shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Sable in the three months preceding the claim.

Sable provides delivered work "as is" after acceptance. We do not warrant that the delivered work will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every future purpose beyond the agreed scope.

You may stop using Sable at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting support@camelloapp.com. Active projects that have received full payment cannot be deleted until the project is delivered or formally closed.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sable at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. In the event of termination by us without cause, we will refund any amounts paid for work not yet commenced.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. Delivered project files already in your possession remain yours.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sable shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We encourage you to contact us at support@camelloapp.com before initiating any formal dispute. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides additional statutory protections, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion.
