This Privacy Policy explains how Camello Software Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), operating under the Sable brand, collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Sable platform ("the Platform").

By using Sable, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

This policy applies to all users of Sable, including visitors, registered users, and paying clients.

We collect the following categories of information:

Account information: Your name, email address, and encrypted password when you register. If you sign up via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google.

Project information: The messages you send in project chats, the requirements you describe, and any files, links, or code snippets you share during scoping and development.

Payment information: We do not store your payment details. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment status and transaction IDs only.

Usage data: Basic information about how you interact with the Platform — pages visited, actions taken, and session timestamps. This is used to improve the product and diagnose issues.

Communications: Any emails or support messages you send to us at support@camelloapp.com.

We use your data solely to operate and improve Sable. Specifically:

To provide the service: Your account information and project chat history are used to deliver the Platform — matching you with developers, maintaining project context, and delivering completed work.

To improve our AI intake: Chat history may be used in an anonymized, aggregated form to improve Sable's AI scoping and intake process. Your specific project details are never used in a way that identifies you externally.

To communicate with you: We may send transactional emails — account verification, project status updates, payment confirmations, and support responses. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

To prevent fraud and abuse: Usage data helps us identify and prevent misuse of the Platform.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

With our developers: Human developers working on your project will have access to your project chat and requirements. They are bound by confidentiality obligations.

With service providers: We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Platform — including Razorpay for payments, and infrastructure providers for hosting and storage. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

As required by law: We may disclose your information if required to do so by a court order, government authority, or applicable law. We will notify you where legally permitted.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your information.

Authentication tokens are stored as secure HTTP-only cookies. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

We retain your account data and project history for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve outstanding disputes.

Sable uses a single authentication cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure, and does not track you across other websites.

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that identify you personally.

You can clear cookies through your browser settings at any time, which will log you out of the Platform.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting support@camelloapp.com.

Correction: If any of your information is inaccurate, you can update it in your account settings or contact us to correct it.

Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. Active projects that have been paid for must be completed or formally closed before deletion.

Objection: You may object to certain uses of your data, such as use for AI improvement purposes. Contact us and we will accommodate reasonable requests.

Sable integrates with the following third-party services:

Razorpay: For payment processing. Your payment information is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy. We never see or store your full card details.

Google OAuth: If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

OpenAI: Our AI intake assistant is powered by OpenAI's API. Project messages sent to the AI are processed by OpenAI subject to their data usage policies. We do not send personally identifying information beyond what is contained in the conversation.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their policies directly.

Sable is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it promptly.

If you believe a minor has used the Platform, please contact us at support@camelloapp.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email for material changes.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree with any changes, you may request account deletion.
